Hye Taste: traditional armenian cooking classes for young adults

To past, present and future HYE TASTE participants,

Have you ever attempted an Armenian dish only to find that it doesn't quite taste like you hoped it would?

Have you ever wondered what goes into some of those delicious traditional meals that your mom or aunt or grandmother make?

Have you ever asked them to teach you only to find that everything is done 'atchki tchapov'?

Well here's our proposition for you!

Join us for a hands-on cooking session with chef Levon Kaprielian on Monday February 8th at 7 pm.

We'll be gathering in the restaurant of the Armenian Community Center (Sourp Hagop) where Levon will teach us how to master two favorites...

... and he'll throw in the measurements too!
